Colleen Rachel

Bio:

Dr. Rachel is a Research Associate at the Virginia Commonwealth University Rehabilitation Research and Training Center.  She earned an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from VCU, with an additional Certificate in Aging Studies, and a Ph.D. in Health Related Sciences with a concentration in Rehabilitation Leadership.  She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.  Dr. Rachel’s current research activities center around examining the factors that affect the retention of employees with disabilities.
