Howard Green

Howard Green is the Director of Employment Services. He oversees the day to day operations of the RRTC Supported Employment vendorship. Howard has worked at the RRTC for over 18 years. Prior to the RRTC he worked 18 years for the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services. He has been involved in creating business partnerships which bring about a greater opportunity for people with disabilities to gain employment. He has provided training as well as technical assistance to community rehabilitation programs and state rehabilitation agencies on marketing efforts.

Gail Steininger

Gail Steininger is the Program Manager of Business Connections at RRTC on Workplace Supports. In this capacity she oversees the daily activities of four employment specialist and serves as marketing liaison to the business community. She has a degree in Organizational Speech Communications and five years experience in Supported Employment. Gail has spoken on disability issues within the community as well as at the Collaborations Conference in August of 2002.

Tracey Robinson

Tracey holds a Marketing Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and currently serves as an employment specialist at VCU-RRTC. In this position she provides direct employment services to individuals with disabilities in the Richmond area. Tracey focuses on assisting individuals in locating competitive employment that best matches their skills, abilities and preferences.
