5. Overall how do rate this interview experience? Overall the interview had a very negative tone

• The focus of the entire interview was on disability (interviews should emphasize abilities, achievements and individual qualities)

• Susan did not appear to want to understand how Terri would perform certain tasks instead Susan appeared to have already made up her mind on what Terri could not do and in Susan’s opinion Terri could not do the regional sales position (Susan should have focused on how Terri could perform the job, for example Susan should have stated the job expectations and then if she was concerned with Terri’s ability to carry out these expectations Susan could have said “I have shared with you the job description and this position requires you to answer questions from the customers regarding the products and train customers on how to use the equipment.)
