Susie Rutowski - Great Oaks "I think Job Match is probably the most critical piece, and I think Rehab Professionals and people with disabilities and agencies that work with them need to treat it as a business partnership. If the cognitive skills that are involved in the job, if the physical space that is involved in the job setting as well as attitudinal supports aren’t in place, the nobody's going to win. I think we have to stop admiring the problem, and look for creative solutions and Job Match is probably the best way. Everybody wins if a good Job Match is in place." |
