Post High Experience
VCU-RRTC is working with the Williamsburg/James City school division to implement a post high experience for students with intellectual disabilities and other development disabilities. We are working with an interagency team to provide educational supports for two students with ID to access college coursework at Thomas Nelson Community College. The model that is being piloted is an individualized inclusive approach enabling students with ID to access the regular coursework and activities at Thomas Nelson.
