(COVE) VCU Certifying Online Virginia Educators

The VCU COVE Program is a combined effort of the Department of Special Education and Disability Policy at VCU, the Virginia Department of Education, and school divisions in Superintendents Regions 1 & 8. Program participants, who must be provisionally licensed special educators, will receive coursework and other activities leading to endorsement in special education, general curriculum for grades K-12.
All courses are Web-based and taught by instructors from the Department of Special Education and Disability Policy at VCU.
