Project Corporate Support (CORPS): A model demonstration oproject on workplace supports.

Article describes a corporate approach to supported employment for students with severe disabilities exiting high school. Project Corporate Support (CORPS) was based on research in 3 areas: supported employment, natural supports, and student choice and self-determination. Students with disabilities were assisted with finding employment through the use of business mentoring and other supportive services provided by employers, supervisors, and coworkers.
