Lessons in return to work following TBI: Case studies in long-term job retention

This paper presents two case studies of individuals who achieved long-term job retention following TBI. Factors which contributed to their success included:
- allowing multiple employment opportunities,
- attention to problems and issues outside the workplace and
- matching individuals' skills and interests to jobs in flexible and supportive work settings.
