by West, M

Available formats:    PDF

This manuscript describes current and future work incentives available to individuals with TBI who receive disability benefits under Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Improvements in work incentives under the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA) will have significant implications for Return to Work (RTW) programs.
