Pat Rogan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Indiana University School of Education, and a Research Associate at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community. Dr. Rogan prepares school and adult service personnel, conducts model demonstration projects, and works with multiple stakeholders toward national and statewide systems change. Her work focuses on secondary education, transition from school to adult life, supported employment, and organizational change from facility- to community-based services and supports. She has assisted numerous organizations in the changeover process and has been involved in conducting national organizational change forums and coordinating a National Organizational Change Network. Dr. Rogan is the Past President of the national Association for Persons in Supported Employment (APSE). She has published several books and numerous articles, book chapters, and monographs. In this seminar, Dr. Rogan discusses organizational structure and change as well as HR best practices for the period of transition.
