In part II of this training, participants will be given a brief description of the various roles and responsibilities of those participating in the development process. Besides defining these roles, participants will also be given an overview of each of the five phases of the development process and key activities that need to be accomplished during each phase. In conclusion, participants will be provided a description as to how the financing of a permanent supportive housing project differs from more traditional development financing and key considerations when approaching this type of development.
